Sharing Configurations
Use Share Configuration to copy a URL that restores the current planning configuration in another browser.

What share links include
Configuration links include:
- Buildings and attenuation values.
- Marked collision surfaces.
- Greenspaces, labels, and deter-from settings.
- Deterrents, models, power-source settings, AC voltage, volume, role, and position.
- Indicators and maximum-noise limits.
- Sound references.
- Preferred recommendation unit type.
- Units, scale, calibration data, crop and view state.
- Map and heatmap opacity.
- Legend settings.
What share links do not include
Uploaded map images are not included in share links. The recipient must upload the matching map image separately if they need the same background.
Sharing workflow
- Build or load a plan.
- Confirm geometry and scale.
- Click Share Configuration in the toolbar ribbon next to Auto-Deploy.
- Send the copied URL to collaborators.
- Tell recipients which map image to upload if the plan depends on a specific background.
Loading a shared configuration
Open the shared URL in the browser. Deployment Studio reads the configuration from the URL and restores the supported objects and settings.
If the map image is missing, the geometry still loads on the grid and the app reports that the map image was not included in the share URL.
Privacy and size notes
Share links are encoded in the URL. Anyone with the link can view the encoded configuration. Avoid placing sensitive site information in object names when links may be forwarded outside the intended group.
